Realplay is hiring for applicants with a passion for baseball, softball, or sports data collection. The ideal candidate should have the desire to play a key role within an innovative team that’s actively advancing the sports industry forward. Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories.  

Job Description: 

Realplay is looking for self-driven data operators for the Spring/Summer baseball and softball season. As a member of our Sports Operations Team, your work will contribute directly to the fast-paced growth of our company, and the advancement of the sports tech industry as a whole. Our Sports Data Operators will be tasked with: 

  • Travel to Realplay's partner events in the Bay Area and Sacramento to film and score live games using our software.  

  • Become trained to operate our proprietary software 

  • Communicate with supervisor and other staff to achieve a common goal 

  • Treat all equipment properly and with care 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent professional communication skills 

  • Understanding of baseball/softball

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivated 

  • Comfortable working with new technology 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Easy access to transportation to and from sites 

  • Desire to work within a fast-paced environment 

Pay: $18.50/Hr
