Realplay is looking for high energy applicants with experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have the desire to play a key role within an innovative team that’s actively advancing the sports industry forward. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the sports tech industry! 

Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories.  

Job Description: 

Realplay is looking to add members to an on site sales team for the Spring/Summer baseball and softball season. As a member of our Sales Team, your work will contribute directly to the fast-paced growth of our company, and the advancement of the sports tech industry as a whole. Members of the team will be tasked with: 

  • Attending Realplay's partner facility "Kemba Sports Complex" in West Chester

  • Engaging with tournament attendees to increase brand awareness 

  • Developing a strong understanding of Realplay's business

  • Communicating with site supervisors and other staff to achieve a common goal 

  • Running Realplay sponsored competitions for players attending events

  • work directly with management staff to execute strategic objectives 

  • Answering questions from parents and players 

  • Setting up and taking down an on site sales booth

Requirements: 

  • Excellent professional communication skills 

  • Understanding of baseball/softball

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivated 

  • Past experience in sales 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Easy access to transportation to and from sites 

  • Desire to work within a fast-paced environment 

Start Date: 

  • Training/ Start dates will be given more specifically as they get closer, but will begin in April or May and run throughout the season as needed

Position pays $14/hour
