Realplay is looking for applicants with a passion for baseball, softball, or sports data collection. The ideal candidate should have the desire to play a key role within an innovative team that’s actively advancing the sports industry forward. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the sports tech industry!
Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories.

Job Description: As a member of our Sports Marketing Team, you will gain hands-on experience in sports media, social media marketing, sports video operations and data collection. Our Remote Marketing Interns will be tasked with the following:
  • Create content for social media channels
  • Develop social media and marketing campaigns
  • Work directly with management to execute strategic objectives and various projects
  • Participate in remote professional advancement exercises
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve common goals
  • Contribute to product development and innovation through remote collaboration
Requirements:
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Strong understanding of baseball/softball
  • Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Comfortable working with new technology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred:
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere or other video editing software is a plus
  • Experience creating content for social media is a plus
This is not a paid internship, but is available for school credit
This internship will conclude on 11/15
